Kelly BryantKelly Bryant "It's so funny cause every year we have quarterback controversy," Swinney said. Every year.
Nick SchuesslerNick Schuessler Swinney said that Kelly Bryant has made tremendous strides in practice. “Having said that, I can’t brag on Kelly Bryant enough," Swinney said. "From where he was in the spring to where he his now at the end of camp, he’s in a different hemisphere. He’s now made himself relevant as far as we can win with this guy. He’s sincere and genuine and has a great work ethic. He’s a physically impressive guy – size, strength, speed. Right now he’s clearly third, but he’s going to play. We have to create some experience and depth at that position.”

can play. I think he has earned the respect of his team. He did that this past spring was just tremendous for him. Not many people think that Nick can run. Nick can run. Nick ran a 4.6 this summer. He's way more athletic and fast than people may think. He has some quick-twitch in him. He's arm is as strong as it has ever been. He's bigger than he has ever been. Very cerebral player that has really bought in to what he has to do to make him the best player possible. He is clearly our #2. We are excited about him."
