Statement from Mike Rogers after his arrest in Howard's Rock case

8-16-13 - Statement for Immediate Release

Mike Rogers of Pisgah Forest, NC was arrested this morning in Pickens, SC for Obstruction of Justice and Conspiracy involving the damage committed to Howard's Rock at Clemson Memorial Stadium. He was released on a personal recognizance bond.

"My determination to find the truth has resulted in me being charged with a crime that I absolutely did not commit. Unfortunately my role in trying to find the truth has led to these allegations."

"Through my attorney, I’m happy to continue to work in every way possible to find the truth."
