Shaquille O'Neal on Lawson: "The sky's the limit for him"

by - Assoc. Editor -

Shaquille O'Neal is one of the most famous athletes in the world and interestingly is a fan of former Clemson standout Shaq Lawson.

"He was a hell of a player at Clemson," O'Neal said via The Buffalo News. "I think he's going to do big things in Buffalo, has the potential to come in and dominate early. The sky's the limit for him. I can't wait to see him play."

"I have Google alerts any time 'Shaq' comes up," O'Neal said. "The past four or five years -- I think I've ran into about 150 athletes named Shaq -- Shaq Lawson kept coming up."

O'Neal is proud of Lawson and the fact that it will be the NFL's seventh Shaq.

"So I've known who he was and been a fan of him. I'm most proud of him."
