Sammy Watkins Last week against the Broncos, Watkins also broke the team record for rookie receptions (52) which was originally set by Joe Cribbs in 1980. Watkins finished the game with one catch (6 targets) for 28 yards in a Bills' 21-13 win against the Packers. He has four games this season with more than 100 receiving yards. He told BuffaloBills.com after the game: “This was a statement game for us. We can’t lose, we’ve got to win out. Every game we play from here on out has to be a statement game.” For the season, Watkins has 59 receptions for 850 yards and five touchdowns.
