had a Wednesday workout with the Chicago Bears doing various football drills according to Chicago Tribune sources.

Austin was a two-time All-ACC selection over his Clemson career and also a third team Sporting News All-American in 2009.

For his NFL career, he has played in eight total games (4 total with the Panthers including a start). He also has spent time with the Vikings, Patriots, Texans and Colts.
