Former Clemson defensive back Mackensie Alexander is on his way to a visit with the San Francisco 49ers on Saturday and then will visit the St. Louis Rams according to a report by NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

The 49ers have the 7th overall pick while the Rams have the #15th overall pick in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

The Tigers with Alexander were the number two defense in the country in passes completed last season holding opponents to 47.6 completion percentage. In 638 snaps this season, QBs completed 11 passes vs. Alexander.
