The top wide receiver in the upcoming NFL draft according to Todd McShay and the ESPN's graphic department is a prospect named Clemson.

Who is this prospect named Clemson? Or did ESPN's Toddy McShay just mean any Clemson wide receiver (Watkins, Bryant, etc) should be drafted first in the entire nation?
