has bulked up this offseason with intense workouts and large amounts of delicious steak.

Ribeye and New York Strips are two of his go-to cuts of steak.

Bryant was asked what is his secret to gain so much good weight so fast.

"Steak," Bryant said via ESPN. "Steak all the time." According to ESPN, Bryant eats a protein shake and at least a pound of steak after every workout.

"I eat basically whatever I want and I don't gain much body fat, so it's pretty cool," the 6-foot-4 Bryant said.

Bryant's agent should contact Outback Steakhouse so he can get some sort of sponsorship to feed his need for steak.

The second-year emerging NFL star had 26 catches for 549 yards (21.1 YPC) and eight touchdowns in his rookie season (9 games, started 3). The eight scores were tied for fourth-most among NFL rookies and he was only the eighth Steeler's rookie to reach 500 yards.
