has entered free agency after the Oakland Raiders decided not to offer him a new contract.

According to Brian Costello of the New York Post, his source said that the New York Jets have shown interest in the 26-year old speedster.


Current Jets' head coach Rex Ryan has a fondness for Clemson where his son, Seth Ryan is currently a walk-on football player.

Ford has 57 career NFL receptions with 848 yards receiving and three touchdowns. He has zero catches in the last two years after sitting out the whole 2012 season rehabbing from Lisfranc surgery.
