was traded by the 76ers to the Rockets back in mid-February for second-year guard Isaiah Canaan and a second-round draft pick. McDaniels averaged 25.4 minutes per game during his time with the 76ers.

Since then, McDaniels has not seen much playing time at all, just logging 16 TOTAL minutes in 16 games including 9 DNPs. If my basic math is correct, that is an average of just one minute per contest.

Rockets' guards James Harden and Corey Brewer are averaging 35 and 27 minutes respectively.

For the season, McDaniels averages 8.1 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.2 blocks per game.

He was a first-team All-ACC selection and the ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2013-14. He led the Tigers in points (614), rebounds (255), blocks (100), steals (41) and three-pointers (42) - the only player in the country to lead his team in all five categories.
