fractured his scapula (shoulder blade) during the 27-16 playoff loss to the Carolina Panthers. Brown was held without a catch in the game with only one pass thrown to him.

He will be out four to six weeks and will miss much of the team's offseason workouts and possibly some mini-camp sessions. However, he should be ready to go for the regular preseason for the Cardinals.

The 24-year old playmaker had 22 catches for 229 yards and two touchdowns in his second season.

1/7 Update: No surgery will be needed for Brown.
