was signed to a futures contract with the Tennessee Titans in January.

Ford is excited for the opportunity to showcase his skillset to his new NFL team.

"I'm just blessed to have another opportunity to go out there and showcase my skills, to show people I still have it," Ford said to the Tennessean. "I'm just trying to come in and make an impact and to do the things I can, whether it's catching the ball or on special teams."

He wants to show the Titans that he can make an impact on special teams if that is how they want to utilize his speed.

"I know special teams is a big part of the game, and it's definitely something I take seriously," Ford said. "Whether it's being a return guy, being a gunner or being a guy that can run down on kickoffs, I can go pretty much anywhere they want to put me to utilize my speed."

Ford was cut by the Jets in their training camp in 2014 and did not play in the NFL last season. In 2013, he had 13 catches for 99 yards in 14 games last season. He spent most of that season recovering from Lisfranc surgery.

At Clemson, Ford and C.J. Spiller became the greatest all-purpose duo in NCAA history. Ford was also the 60 meter indoor NCAA Championship in track during his college days.

Ford was drafted by the Raiders in the 4th round of the 2010 NFL draft (108th overall).
