turned some heads on Saturday night with an impressive performance, rushing for 83 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries, all in the first half. Harper had a 46-yard run and a 24-yard catch.

“The offensive line did a tremendous job, and my fullback,” said Harper, who had 27 yards and a touchdown in the preseason opener against the Vikings. “Going out there and establishing a physical run game … with opportunities, there’s going to be rhythm, and it showed.”

“He ran very well, and that was encouraging to see,” Coach Mike Munchak said.
