Gallman on Clemson-SC rivalry: "Less trash talk" since stopping streak

by - Assoc. Editor -

Clemson running back Wayne Gallman spoke to the media on Monday morning to recap Clemson's 35-13 win over Wake Forest on Saturday night. He had a huge day against the Demon Deacons with 22 rushes for 161 yards and two touchdowns.

For the season, he has 160 rushes for 831 yards and 13 scores.

Gallman discussed the Clemson-SC rivalry game during the interview.

"Less trash talk," Gallman said. "Less talk about the whole thing. People really try to put those pictures of South Carolina players having the Clemson helmet and stuff like that, but you haven't seen that in a while. I'm glad our fan base doesn't really impose that. That just shows we are a class act. We show what Clemson really is. Like I said I haven't heard a lot."
