From Napa Valley Register:

“I’ve been anxious and ready to get back to work with everybody,” said Ford. “I think we’re looking to come together as a team early, better than late. I’m ready to get back on the field and put that silver and black on again.”

Ford excelled as a kick returner, setting a franchise record with three touchdown returns last season. He received AFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors twice and was voted NFL Pepsi Rookie of the Week once. He was also named AFC Special Teams Player of the Month for November.
