ESPN.com released it latest article on Thursday morning discussing 10 things that make college football unique and should never be changed.

Clemson's iconic Howard's Rock was listed as one of the traditions that should not be messed with.

"Look around the college football landscape, and there are some great entrances by teams into their stadiums," ESPN.com said. "But the Clemson players rubbing Howard’s Rock and then charging down the hill at Death Valley is electrifying, and if you’ve ever been there to witness it, you’d know that it’s one of those traditions that will never get old and never go away."

The other College Football traditions that need to remain in the sport according to ESPN.com include Army playing Navy every year, Texas vs. Oklahoma at the Cotton Bowl, old-school uniforms, protecting the view of the Rose Bowl, marching bands, live mascots, the traditional home and home series, current game clock, and the appeal of walk-ons.
