has been out of action with a hip injury since the Indianapolis Colts' placed him on injured reserve last September. His hip was injured in the first game of the 2013 season (caught a TD pass).

Allen appears ready to go full speed for the upcoming NFL campaign.

I feel like I’m almost to 110 percent,” said Allen. “It’s not just my job to work to train my body where it was. I sat out a year, everyone else is improving. I don’t know what percent they’re improving, but I guess it’s 10 percent.

“They’re getting 10 percent better than they were the year before. It’s my job to work back to where I was before last season, then gain that extra percent so I can stay up with the NFL.”

For his NFL career, Allen has 46 catches for 541 yards and 4 touchdowns. Allen was drafted in the third round (#64th overall) of the 2012 NFL draft.

During his senior season at Clemson, he was the winner of the John Mackey Award which goes to the nation's top tight end.
