Disney employees given tickets to ACC Championship to help fill stadium |
Clemson will face Virginia Tech for the 2016 ACC Championship in Orlando, Fla. on Saturday night on ABC.
The game was changed from Charlotte, North Carolina because of a controversial bathroom House Bill 2. The ACC decided to move the football championship to Orlando, Fla and ticket prices have been reportedly going for as little as ten dollars on StubHub. Tiger and Hokie fans traveling all the way down to Florida before the Holiday season is too much to ask for some people's budgets after accounting for hotel rooms, plane travel, and other expenses. So, now a night before the huge game with playoff implications, tens of thousands of Disney World employees were given free ticket vouchers to try to fill in the stadium according to USA Today's Dan Wolken. As an aside, I’m told tens of thousands of free ticket vouchers went out to Disney employees in attempt to fill stadium for ACC tomorrow
