Clemson ranked #11 Best City for Football Fans

Walllethub.com has released its Best and Worst Cities for Football Fans and Clemson is ranked #11th Best City (11 out of 142 cities) to live for a football fan in the nation.

Clemson was also ranked #2 in the nation for being most friendly and engaged college football fans and having an accessible college stadium.

Key metrics for their college football team rankings included number of teams in the state, performance and quality of teams, average ticket price and season ticket price, stadium accessibility, number of championships won, number of division championships won, number of sports bars per capita, and fan friendliness and engagement.

Some of the data from the metrics included were from the U.S. Census Bureau, the Nielsen Company, ESPN, NFL.com, Pro-football-reference.com, Yelp and team websites.
