Clemson ranked #1 in's Top 128

The Clemson football team remains the elite team in the nation in's 128 overall rankings.

"Clemson is the No. 1 team again in this week's balloting of CBS Sports college football writers and experts after Deshaun Watson's uber-productive six-touchdown afternoon on the road in a shootout with NC State, but the Tigers will be put the test on Saturday against Florida State, which checks in at No. 17 in the CBS Sports 128," said.

The Top 10 schools in the overall rankings are Clemson, Ohio State, LSU, Baylor, TCU, Alabama, Michigan State, Stanford, Notre Dame and Iowa.

ACC schools in the Top 25 besides Clemson include Florida State (#17) and North Carolina (#21). Duke fell six spots to #28 in their controversial last-second loss to Miami.

In-state rival South Carolina (3-5) dropped one spot to a dismal #79 overall ranking.

In other national rankings, The Tigers are #1 in the Fox Four Poll, #1 on ESPN's College Football Power Rankings, #5 in latest Coaches Poll, #3 in latest AP Poll, #1 in F/+, #1 in S&P+, #1 Massey, #1 College Football Composite and #2 in the Sagarin rankings.
