were named the top group in the ACC.

"Chad Morris will be missed as Clemson’s play-caller, but the Tigers should still have one of the ACC’s top offenses," Athlon Sports said. "Quarterback Deshaun Watson is one of the nation’s rising stars and will be at full strength from a torn ACL by this fall. Scott and Gallman showed promise as freshmen last season and depth is plentiful at running back and receiver."

Deshaun Watson was ranked #1, Gallman was ranked #6 and Scott was ranked #2 overall individually in the ACC by the sports publication.

An interesting ranking note is that Pittsburgh's running back James Conner and his teammate and wide receiver Tyler Boyd were both ranked as the top ACC player at their respective positions.
