Clemson injury update on Crawford, Green, others

by - Assoc. Editor -

Dabo Swinney talked about various topics including player injuries at his Sunday media conference.

"We really came out of the game well," Swinney said about his personnel after the Georgia State game.

Swinney said that Deshaun Watson will be back in practice tomorrow in a green jersey (no contact). "Deshaun has to be able to perform the things we want him to do before he can play."

Swinney said safety T.J. Green was held out against Georgia State with a sore hamstring. DE Corey Crawford (sore ankle) and LB B.J. Goodson (sore hip flexor) both could have played against Georgia St. but were also held out.

Crawford will be in a green jersey (no-contact) tomorrow.

QB Cole Stoudt continues to battle a sore shoulder, but Swinney said it was not anything that he can't play through.
