Clemson drops in latest Coaches Poll

Clemson (2-0, 0-0 ACC) dropped one spot to the #3 ranking in the latest Coaches Poll on Sunday after the Tigers defeated Troy 30-24 in a hard-fought battle on Saturday afternoon in Death Valley.

The Tigers were ranked #2 in the previous poll.

The biggest riser in the rankings was Arkansas that jumped eight spots to #24 while Georgia had the most significant drop moving down four spots to 13th overall.

Three ACC schools are now in the Top 10 with Florida State (#2), Clemson (#3), and Louisville (#10).
