CLEMSON BASEBALL

Clemson currently 7th seed in ACC Baseball Standings

by - Assoc. Editor -

After this weekend's play, Clemson would be the 7th seed if ACC Baseball Tournament play started today. The winner of each division and the top eight other teams based on conference winning percentage, regardless of division, from the conference's regular season will be seeded one through ten. The bottom four seeds (7, 8, 9, 10) will play an opening round on Tuesday, May 20, with the winners advancing to the double-elimination round which starts the following day.

The schedule could favor the Tigers in the final weekend to avoid the playoff round. UNC must travel to Miami and Duke goes to Florida State while the Tigers have Boston College at home.
