Catanzaro posted on facebook: Thank you for all the kind messages and support. I want to point out that you have one of the best, talented, most humble kids I know Ammon Lakip on your team at Clemson. Life's not always easy as a kicker. Believe me. Only we kickers understand that. Ammon is my brother and I know he is a fighter. Keep believing in him and the entire Clemson squad. They are about to do big things. #ClemsonFamily #GoTigers

Swinney said on Sunday that "Special teams, I thought Pinion did very well outside of one punt. One field goal was about 23 yards. That was the biggest disappointment. We'll see if we can get back to work there. Ammon probably had his best week of practice last week and it's just not quite transferred to the field."
