C.J. Spiller injury update |
Former Clemson standout
C.J. Spiller
C.J. Spiller Spiller had surgery to repair a broken clavicle after being tackled on a 52-yard run against the Minnesota Vikings on Nov. 9. This starts a 3-week practice for Spiller that does not count towards the Bill's active roster. He will not be able to play in a game until Week 16 (8 weeks on I.R.) on Dec. 21 against the Oakland Raiders. The Bills' have rotated Fred Jackson, Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon since his injury. For the season, Spiller has 69 rushes for 287 yards. Spiller will be a free agent after the season so it would be great news if he could show potential suitors that he is 100% healthy. .@CJSPILLER is back on the field! https://t.co/gyF5LC4xao
