announces his retirement on twitter Monday morning. Dawkins suffered several neck injuries during the last few years and missed the Broncos' playoff run last season. He finishes his NFL career with 911 tackles, 37 interceptions, 36 forced fumbles and 26 sacks. A nine-time Pro Bowl selection, Dawkins is a member of the Philadelphia Eagles 75th Anniversary Team, the NFL 2000s All-Decade Team and the 20/20 Club (20 sacks, 20 interceptions). Dawkins was a three-time All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection during his four-year career at Clemson from 1992-95 and finished his career with 247 tackles and 11 interceptions.
