According to the Washington Post:

"Booker’s week is getting better, as the rookie is set to establish a non-profit charitable foundation this offseason with some assistance from his teammates, most notably Josh Howard."

Booker usually participated in functions and programs for Howard’s foundation this season in Washington, so Howard decided to return the favor by helping Booker get his off the ground."

"The Trevor Booker & Josh Howard Tru Ballers 5on5 Basketball Tournament is open to men 17 or older and carries a registration fee of $500 per team, with the winning team receiving a $5,000 prize.
