was picked with the #8th overall pick by the Atlanta Falcons in Mel Kiper Jr.'s 2015 NFL Mock Draft 4.0.

"Atlanta needs productivity from a pass-rusher, and I think new defensive coordinator Richard Smith will know how to get Beasley going in the same way Denver was able to get Von Miller going," Kiper wrote. "Now, Beasley isn't Miller -- but I do think he's a pure pass-rusher who can get to opposing QBs regardless of what system you're employing. Beasley had 44.5 tackles for loss over the last two seasons, and while I don't think he's an every-down player, he's going to come in ready to be used. Shane Ray is also an option here, and though I wouldn't rule out an O-line pick either, with Scherff off the board the value isn't great in this slot."

Beasley accumulated 33 sacks, an amazing 52.5 tackles for loss at Clemson and was a two-time first-team All-American. He was also selected as the ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2014.

Other ACC players included in McShay's mock draft include FSU's Jameis Winston (#1), Louisville's DeVante Parker (#12), WF's Kevin Johnson (#22), FSU's Cameron Erving (#28) and FSU's Eddie Goldman (#32).
