Adrian Baker injury update

Clemson coach Dabo Swinney talked to reporters for his Tuesday press conference as he previewed the Georgia Tech game and gave an injury update on redshirt junior defensive back Adrian Baker.

"Baker is getting close," Swinney said. "Next week we will put him in one-on-ones. He is doing all of his cutting and everything. He needs a couple weeks of some practicing and he started doing individual [work] last week and this week but next week when we get a normal week, we will put him on the one-one-ones and in some of our team stuff. So, he is on his way back."

Baker played in 12 games and had 13 tackles and two interceptions last season (FSU and SC). His crucial interception late in the first quarter in the red zone against Florida State turned the momentum of the contest towards the Tigers.
