Since 1977 the members of both Clemson University and the University of South Carolina’s Sigma Nu Fraternity have participated in the annual Game Ball Run in which they complete a 138-mile trip with the football used in the annual gridiron matchup. The Game Ball Run is a fundraising event for Clemson’s Sigma Nu’s philanthropy, Coach Swinney’s All in Team Foundation.

All proceeds raised by the Clemson Sigma Nu Chapter will go to the Foundation, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization based in upstate South Carolina. The mission of the foundation is "to raise awareness of critical education and health issues in order to change lives of people across the state of South Carolina."

This year’s run will take place Wednesday and Thursday, November 16th and 17th. USC Sigma Nu members will leave Columbia Wednesday afternoon Nov. 16th. The Clemson Sigma Nu participants will meet halfway in Greenwood around 4 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17th. The Run will end at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 17th at the Clemson Football Indoor Facility. Supporters are welcome to join in Thursday 11:00 a.m. in front of the Clemson Football Indoor Facility. Tax deductible donations for the Annual Ball Run can be made at www.dabosallinteam.com
