According to Ultimate Texans, Hopkins is getting a four-year contract worth $7.62 million. He receives a signing bonus of $3.926 million with the first three years of his contract guaranteed. Hopkins will be in the regular Texans training camp on Day 1.

Hopkins was the 27th overall pick of the Houston Texans.
