Swinney with special message for Tucker Hipps family

wanted to give a condolence message on Wednesday to the family of Tucker Hipps after the sophomore student's tragic death on Monday morning. His body was found by a police officer in the lake near the Highway 93 bridge.

Hipps went to Wren High School before Clemson and graduated there in 2013.

His funeral service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at Rock Springs Baptist Church.
