Dabo Swinney "I am really excited about the opportunity to promote Tony [Elliott] and Jeff [Scott]," Swinney said on the teleconference for the Russell Athletic Bowl. "They have been a huge part of our success over the last several years. It was an opportunity for both guys to go forward with their careers and all that. I will be finalizing the staff here pretty soon. Tony will be calling the plays and he will be do a great job with that."
