Opening Statement:

“First of all, we are glad to get that one over with. We can’t load the busses up soon enough. That’s a good football team we just played. Hats off to NC State. They fought the entire four quarters. I am really impressed with some of the things they were doing that were creating problems for us. I can’t say enough about them, that team is going to win a bunch of games this year. We are very fortunate to hang in there and find a way to win.”

“I am proud of our guys. The goal is to be 3-0 right now and that is where we are. We have nine more to go. Our formula doesn’t change. We will go back to work. It is good to get a good conference win, a good division win. I don’t think you learn about your team until you go on the road, especially a place like this, with a passionate fan base. I am really proud of our guys for competing for four quarters.”

On Martavis Bryant’s performance:

“He had a rough first game. Nobody was panicking and he came back and had a great game against South Carolina State. Tonight he was awesome. He had one bobbled ball on the sideline, but instead of feeling the sideline with his drag technique he was looking up and down.
