said at his Tuesday media conference that "The mentality is exactly the same. This is the biggest game of the year. The formula is the same. They have suffered a lot of injuries. I expect them to be better this week now that they've had two weeks to get 31 [quarterback] ready to go."

Swinney says MD tight end hurts Clemson every year. Says MD defense as good as Clemson has played. 11th in nation in total defense.

It also said that special teams have been a big part of Clemson-Maryland game, including last year. Clemson has returned KO for TD 3 straight years. Spiller (2009), Ellington (2010) and Watkins (2011) have returned KOs for TDs against the Terps.
