Vegas odds on Clemson-Syracuse

by - Assoc. Editor -

An ACC showdown between Clemson and Syracuse will surprisingly feature two undefeated teams on Saturday.

However, despite Syracuse having a perfect 4-0 record, No. 3 Clemson is a huge 21-point home favorite according to Vegas for the upcoming game inside Memorial Stadium.

Syracuse dominated Connecticut 51-21 on Saturday and have showcased a high-powered offense this season as they have scored 55, 30, 62, and 51 respectively in their four games for an average of 49.50 points per game.

The Orange will be attempting to become the second unranked team in college football history to beat the same top 3 team (Clemson) in back-to-back seasons. Will it happen? It's doubtful as the Tigers still haven't forgotten about last season's stunner.

Other college football spreads for next week's games include:

Virginia Tech +3.5 at Duke

Florida State -5 at Louisville

Ohio State -3.5 at Penn State

West Virgina -7 at Texas Tech

Stanford +3.5 at Notre Dame
