Report: Deshaun Watson working out for NFC teams

by - Assoc. Editor -

Former Clemson standout quarterback Deshaun Watson will be working out for the San Francisco 49ers on Monday and Tuesday and visiting the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday according to a report by NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

Swinney warned during the Senior Bowl that NFL teams should not pass on Deshaun Watson.

"I'm just telling you if they pass on Deshaun Watson, they're passing on Michael Jordan,'' Swinney said. "I'm just telling you. I don't know what the heck I'm talking about. I'm just an old funky college coach. (But) Deshaun Watson is the best -- by a long shot.''

In 2016, Watson completed 388 passes out of 579 attempts for 4593 yards and 41 passing touchdowns with 17 interceptions (and his degree) for an adjusted QBR of 84.9.

Here are a few photos of Watson receiving his National Championship rings during Clemson's spring game on Saturday afternoon.
