State – which is the most shocking score of the year in any conference game – you can make an even stronger case that Watkins is the most valuable player in the ACC. With the big-play receiver out with a shoulder injury, the Tigers’ explosive offense was completely ineffective, failing to move the ball with any consistency or reach the end zone until the fourth quarter.
