Latest NCAA projection for Clemson Baseball |
The season is now past the halfway point as Baseball America released Wednesday their
projected field of 64 teams for the NCAA baseball tournament. Clemson is projected as the #7 national seed and to play at the Clemson (S.C.) Regional as the #1 seed with Vanderbilt (#2 seed), Coastal Carolina (#3 seed) and Tennessee Tech (#4 seed).
The national seeds were in order: Oregon State, North Carolina, Texas Christian, Arizona, Texas Tech, Louisville, Clemson, and LSU. The last four in the projected field were Florida Atlantic, Southeastern Louisiana, Connecticut, and Nebraska. The first four out were Indiana, Mississippi, Charlotte, and Louisiana Tech.
