Latest NCAA projection for Clemson Baseball

The season is now officially halfway complete as Baseball America released on Wednesday their projected fieldfor the NCAA baseball tournament field of 64 teams. Clemson in the projection was the #4 national seed that played at home at the Clemson (S.C.) Regional as the #1 seed with Baylor (#2 seed), East Carolina (#3 seed) and Mercer (#4 seed).

The national seeds were in order: Oregon State, North Carolina, Texas Tech, Clemson, Florida, Texas Christian, Louisville, and Arizona.

The last four in the projected field were Mississippi, North Carolina State, East Carolina, and Louisiana-Lafayette. The first four out were South Florida, Texas A&M, Central Florida, and UCLA. The next four out were Texas, Nebraska, Missouri, and Loyola Marymount.

D1Baseball.com had Clemson as a #4 overall playing at the Clemson Regional with #2 seed Vanderbilt, #3 UCF, and #4 College of Charleston.
