Grantham among early entry candidates for 2017 NBA Draft |
Clemson junior forward Donte Grantham is among the early entry candidates for the 2017 NBA Draft announced by the NBA on Tuesday evening.
Grantham averaged 7.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game last season. For his career, he has averaged 8.7 points, 4.3 assists, and 1.5 assists per game in three years. He will not sign with an agent in case he decides to return to Clemson next season. Many players keep themselves on the following early entry list so they might have the opportunity to get invited to the NBA Draft Combine on May 9-14 and to get the experience being around NBA coaches and scouts. Under NCAA rules, underclassmen that have entered the 2017 Draft must withdraw by Wednesday, May 24.
