Three Tigers made preseason first-team and another second-team All-America in honors released this week.

CBS Sports named the trio of offensive tackle Mitch Hyatt and defensive linemen Christian Wilkins and Clelin Ferrell to the first-team and defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence on the second team.

Sports Illustrated tabbed Wilkins and Ferrell for first-team honors and Hyatt and Lawrence for the second team.

Wilkins was named the nation's top defensive lineman last season with the Willis Award, totaling 8.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and 11 QB pressures.

Ferrell was one of five finalists for the Ted Hendricks Award (best DE) and a first-team All-American last season, posting 18 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks and 12 QB pressures.

Hyatt received the ACC’s Jacobs Blocking Trophy as the conference’s top O-lineman, logging 30 knockdowns in 842 snaps over 13 games.

Lawrence earned second-team All-America honors despite being hampered by injuries last season, tallying three tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks and five QB pressures.
