Five Tigers listed in Kiper's 2018 NFL draft position rankings |
ESPN draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. released his
position-by-position rankings of the top players for the 2018 NFL draft and five Clemson players made the cut.
Wide receiver Deon Cain was rated the No. 5 underclassmen at the wide receiver position. In 2016, Cain had 38 receptions for 724 yards and nine touchdowns. Offensive lineman Mitch Hyatt was ranked the No. 3 underclassmen at the offensive tackle position. Defensive end Clelin Ferrell was listed as the No. 1 underclassmen at the defensive end position while his defensive line teammate Christian Wilkins was ranked the No. 1 underclassmen at defensive tackle. Finally, Kendall Joseph was ranked the No. 3 underclassmen at the inside linebacker position. The upcoming Clemson football season will be here before you know it in Death Vally on Sat, Sept 2 against Kent State.
