Clemson ranked in Top 10 of SI.com's Post-Spring rankings |
SI.com released its
Top 25 Post-spring Power Rankings recently and the reigning college football champions Clemson was ranked No. 6 on the list behind Alabama, Florida State, USC, Ohio State, and Penn State.
"Four QBs played in the spring game, and no clarity has emerged on Deshaun Watson’s replacement yet," SI.com said. "But some new defensive names—linebacker Shaq Smith, linebacker J.D. Davis, safety Van Smith and defensive back Trayvon Mullen—showcased the program’s depth on that side." The full Top 25 rankings were Alabama, Florida State, USC, Ohio State, Penn State, Clemson, Oklahoma, Washington, Oklahoma State, Auburn, LSU, Michigan, Wisconsin, Louisville, Stanford, Georgia, West Virginia, Tennessee, Kansas State, Texas, South Florida, Washington State, Miami, Florida, and Oregon.
