According to the Sporting News, Clemson has the 5th toughest non-conference 2013 schedule in the nation.

Also, rival school South Carolina comes in at #8 on the list. On the other hand, North Carolina State has the worse non-conference schedule (Louisiana Tech, Richmond, Central Michigan, ECU) for any BCS team in the Big 5.

5. Clemson: Georgia, South Carolina State, Citadel, at South Carolina.
