Clemson loss breaks Haley's win streak

The Clemson Tigers weren't the only ones to see a successful run come to a disappointing end during Wednesday's Orange Bowl loss to West Virginia.

Gov. Nikki Haley's streak of three-consecutive wins in friendly wagers against other governors also came crashing down.

Haley won bets with Florida Gov. Rick Scott, Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell and Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman during the past seven months, as South Carolina's college teams achieved unprecedented success.

But Wednesday night, West Virginia Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin finally got the best of Haley and will get to enjoy some Lowcountry shrimp and grits, thanks to the Mountaineers' 70-33 victory.

Clemson is a young team. it was not a great night for them. To the Tigers, ignore the judgement and criticism, you had a great season. Next year will be better than this year. You will always have our support! Go Tigers!
