Clemson CATbus crashes outside Death Valley

A Clemson CATbus crashed outside of Death Valley around 2:15 p.m. ET and made quite the spectacle on Thursday afternoon.

However, great news nobody was hurt in the incident however it did knock over a stop sign on Avenue of Champions and rails to steps leading to Lot 5 directly across from CUPD.

"No one was on the CATbus, not even a driver. Mechanical malfunction suspected. No injuries reported per CUPD," said Phillip Sikes, communications director of Clemson student affairs.

The large vehicle has been towed and sustained some damage to its front end.
