GREENSBORO, N.C. (theACC.com) – Single-game tickets for all 15 games of the 2014 Atlantic Coast Conference Baseball Championship, scheduled for May 20-25 at NewBridge Bank Park, are now on sale.

The tournament will showcase the ACC’s top 10 teams and will feature two games on Tuesday, May 20, followed by three games per day in a round-robin pool format from Wednesday through Saturday, May 21-24. The championship game between the two pool winners will be played on Sunday at 1 p.m.

Single-game tickets for Wednesday through Saturday in the seating bowl are $10 per game for adults and $5 for children ages five through 12, while lawn seats are $8 for adults and $4 for children.

Tickets for Sunday’s championship game in the seats are $15 for adults and $7 for children, and $12 for adults and $6 for children in the lawn seats.

ACC baseball currently features three teams ranked in the Top 10 by Baseball America, while a total of eight squads have been ranked in a poll at least once this year. An ACC team has been ranked No. 1 in a national poll every week this season.

Last year, the ACC Championship in Durham, N.C., set league attendance records for largest single-game crowd and best attendance for the championship game.

Located in downtown Greensboro and home to 2011 Class-A South Atlantic League champion Greensboro Grasshoppers, NewBridge Bank Park opened its gates to a crowd of 8,540 on April 3, 2005, with a Grasshoppers exhibition game against the Florida Marlins. The state-of-the-art facility features a 30' wide, open-air concourse, 36 concession points of sale, the Go Triad GrandStand outdoor sports bar, a kid-safe play park and numerous amenities.

The stadium's seating capacity currently stands at 7,499, which includes 5,300 chair back seats, 16 luxury suites and two grass berm and picnic areas.

This will mark the third time in five years that NewBridge Bank Park has hosted the ACC Baseball Championship. The 2010 tournament attracted 50,266 fans, while the 2012 edition saw 52,926 in attendance, the sixth-best mark in league history.
