2013 Football Season Ticket Renewal Information:

Season Ticket Applications will be mailed in late March.

Priority Deadline - May 6, 2013

Season tickets may be renewed online, through the mail or in person at the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office. Renewing online or by mail will ensure accuracy for season ticket orders. Season ticket holders can save $8 off the order fee by ordering online. Season ticket applications will be mailed in late March to all IPTAY donors who paid 50% of their donation by February 15, 2013 as well as customers who had season tickets in a non-priority area in 2012.

Payment

The Clemson Athletic Ticket Office accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and check. Please make checks payable to CUAD.

Seat Changes

For the 2013 season, the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office will continue to use the IPTAY Seat Equity Plan. Since 2008, the plan has aligned IPTAY Memberships with seat locations throughout Memorial Stadium. IPTAY donors who currently have season tickets will have the first opportunity to maintain their current seats for 2013 by remaining at an IPTAY donation level that matches their IPTAY seat value. If someone does not maintain their required IPTAY level, those seats will be subject to relocation. Any available seats will be assigned according to IPTAY level and priority points within each level. Donors who wish to improve their seats in Memorial Stadium or those who would like to move to a lower per seat value may request a change on their online or paper ticket application.

2013 Single Game Ticket Information:

IPTAY donors may purchase single game tickets in advance on their season ticket application.

General public will have the opportunity to purchase season tickets and single game tickets once IPTAY season ticket allocations are complete.

WestZone Club Seats: $1,400 (minimum IPTAY donation level $1,400) *Contact IPTAY for more information

# - Only available in Kickoff Package with South Carolina State - $85 for IPTAY donors at the Heisman, Fike, McFadden, and Jervey levels. Additional IPTAY donors will receive an email if any packages remain after the original deadline of May 6.

Away Game Ticket Information:

Away game tickets will be included on the season ticket application sent to all qualified IPTAY donors in late March. Away game tickets are allocated based on IPTAY priority points. For some away games, a priority point cutoff as well as ticket limits may be put in place to give as many IPTAY donors as possible the opportunity to purchase tickets. In the event that the number of orders received for an away game exceeds the available allotment, a priority point cutoff will be established and those who do not meet the point requirement will be refunded the purchase price.

Syracuse has not set a ticket price but you may request tickets on the online application or the paper application. The ticket office will contact you once a ticket price is set for payment information.

2013 Parking Information:

Those ordering tickets with a state issued handicap placard can request to park in a limited number of spaces in lot 10. This lot will be serviced by para-transit buses that will transport those in wheelchairs or with other disabilities, along with an escort, to Gate 1 of Memorial Stadium. These 113 numbered spaces will be assigned using the IPTAY priority system. If you have a need for a lift van accessible space, please indicate on your order form.

IPTAY will continue to provide up to 215 RV spaces. Each RV space requires a minimum $2,800 IPTAY contribution for eligibility. These are assigned for the entire season and are not available for individual games. Please submit the dimensions of your vehicle so that an appropriate space can be assigned.

These lots are not available as secondary spaces when you order more than 6 season tickets unless you are at the $5,600 level or above:

Lot 1, 3A, 4, 9, 12, 21, 22, 25, Sikes

Only lots 13, 14, 24, Brooks and STI are available for secondary parking passes when ordering more than six season tickets.

General Information:

Children two years old and under are admitted for free.

Faculty/Staff Members:

Full-time Clemson University faculty and staff members have the opportunity to purchase two season football tickets at a reduced rate. Please contact the ticket office for further information at cutixonline-l@clemson.edu or call 656-2118.

Handicap seating:

Customers may request handicap seating when ordering season tickets online, over the phone, or on the paper application. Please specify accessible or wheelchair accessible so the ticket office can better accommodate your request. Due to a limited number of accessible seats, there is a limit of four tickets per customer in these areas. Any additional seats will be assigned best available.

Handicap Single Game Tickets:

Customers may purchase handicap seating based on availability for single games. Tickets may be purchased online at www.clemsontigers.com or by calling the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office at 1-800-CLEMSON.

Lost/Stolen tickets:

Lost or stolen tickets may be reprinted for a non-refundable $5 per ticket fee. To receive reprints, please go to the Athletic Ticket Office located in the IPTAY Center next to Gate 9 at Memorial Stadium on game day.

Will Call Ticket Information:

A picture ID must be shown to pick up any Will Call tickets.

Athletic Ticket Office next to Gate 9 (in the IPTAY Center) during the week Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or the day of the game starting four hours prior to kick off.
